Send a Message
Write the office. Bob writes back.
A short note is all it takes. Bob reads every message himself and replies the same business day, usually within a few hours.
What Happens Next
From message to plan.
Four steps. The first one is on you, the rest Bob walks you through. The whole onboarding usually takes a week or two from message to signed plan.
- Step 1
You send the message
Use the form above, the phone, or email. Share a sentence on what you are trying to plan and how to reach you.
- Step 2
Bob replies and books the meeting
Same business day. Bob proposes a few time windows for the free 30-minute Preliminary Planning Session or the longer Plan Design Meeting.
- Step 3
The meeting itself
Bob listens, reviews any existing documents you bring, and gives a written plan recommendation and a fixed fee estimate at the end of the meeting.
- Step 4
Decide on your timeline
No pressure at the meeting. Most clients take a week or two to think it over before engaging Bob to draft the plan.
