Estate planning resources for your clients.

Bob works alongside CPAs, financial planners, insurance professionals, and other attorneys as part of the client’s advisory team. He drafts every plan personally and coordinates directly with you on funding, beneficiary designations, and ongoing tax and investment strategy.

Bob partners with CPAs, Certified Financial Planner™ practitioners, investment advisors, insurance professionals, tax advisors, and other attorneys. Plans are drafted by Bob personally and coordinated with you on funding, beneficiary designations, and ongoing strategy. Joint workshops, client appreciation events, and a monthly advisor e-newsletter are available.

Who Bob Partners With

A team approach to estate planning.

The best estate plans are built with the client’s other advisors at the table. Bob has worked alongside the professionals below for decades; the relationship is collaborative, not competitive.

Certified Financial Planner™ Practitioners

Plans built around the client’s investment strategy, retirement timeline, and beneficiary designations.

Investment Advisors

Trust funding coordinated with the brokerage relationship so titling and beneficiary forms actually match the plan.

Insurance Professionals

ILITs and policy ownership structures coordinated with the agent who placed the coverage.

Certified Public Accountants

Plans built with the CPA’s tax view in mind: basis step-up, sub-trust funding, and ongoing fiduciary returns.

Tax Advisors

Gift, estate, and generation-skipping strategies aligned with the advisor’s ongoing tax planning.

Other Attorneys

Co-counsel on estate planning, trust petitions (Heggstad, modification), and California-specific issues for out-of-state firms.

How It Works

Four steps, with you in the loop.

From first questionnaire to funded trust, Bob coordinates directly with the referring advisor. The client relationship stays yours; Bob handles the legal drafting and the funding follow-through.

  1. Short-form questionnaire

Your client completes a short pre-meeting questionnaire and a welcome kit so the first conversation goes straight to substance, not intake.

  2. Initial consultation

Bob uncovers the client’s needs, gives a general recommendation, and a written fee quote. No surprises.

  3. Engagement & drafting

If the client proceeds, an engagement letter is sent via DocuSign. Bob drafts every document himself; ongoing communication by phone, email, and in-person meetings.

  4. Signing & funding

No client signs a document without understanding it. After signing, Bob coordinates directly with you to make sure the trust is actually funded.

Resources for Advisors

Tools you can share with your clients.

Three things Bob makes available to professional advisors: client-ready educational content, joint events, and a monthly e-newsletter focused on the issues that hit your practice first.
